4.3 Months Supply of Homes for Sale in Beechwood Village

We currently have a 4.3 month supply of homes in Beechwood Village.  Not bad considering the Louisville area currently has a 9.7 month supply down from a high of 14 months at one point. 

Supply of homes means if no others came on the market it would take 4.3 months to deplete the inventory of homes for sale.
